We can help with clearing the cache on your Mosaic device. It's a good way to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Open the internet browser on your Mosaic device.
- Look for three small dots in the top right corner of the screen. They look like the below image.
4. A list will pop up. Scroll down until you see "Settings" and tap on it.
5. On the left side of the screen, you will see different options. Tap on "Privacy and security".
6. Select Delete Browsing Data
7. Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files should all be checked.
8. Select "Delete Data"
You would now want to log out and back in for the clear to take effect.
