To clear the cache on a Mosaic device when working outside of the Citrix program you need to complete the following steps:
**Please note: After completing the below steps, please exit out of all programs and reattempt any action you were attempting to complete.
~You would select the 3 small dots in the top right corner of your screen.
~ Select "Settings"
~ Select "Privacy and security" on the left.
~ Select "Clear browsing data"
~ All boxes are auto checked and you select "Clear data".
