Remember, CyberArk is a new, secure, easy-to-use application management system. When you’ve completed enrollment in CyberArk, every application you use to do your work at Mosaic will be accessed there. For almost all of them, you won’t need additional usernames or passwords anymore. 


You’ll even be able to access Employee Self Service to do your timesheet without needing to be on a Mosaic network or inside Citrix.  


To get started, every employee should do two things:


Access the CyberArk tool with your email name and password.

Install the CyberArk application for identity verification on your smartphone. 

*If you do not have a smartphone, ID verification can happen through email initially, but you will need to accept text messages for verification in the future.
