Thank you for reaching out to the HR Service Center with your payroll questions. We encourage you to always carefully review your pay stub and connect with us if there is any problem.
The confusion is most likely due to the overtime rate on the paystub not displaying the final rate used in calculation. This occurs whenever there is a blended rate with the combination of shift differentials, overtime, holiday, etc.
Therefore, your earnings likely correct but the rates will not be properly displayed on the pay stub. Near the bottom of the pay stub, there is a *note that informs you of when this calculation has been applied.
You can find the equation on the U.S. Department of Labor's official website at www.dol.gov under Fair Labor Standards Act.
You can validate that you have the correct earning by looking under the Current Earnings column, divide it by the current hours worked, and you will get the current rate of pay for whichever item is not reflecting correctly.
Please let me know if you still have questions. Thank you so much and have a great day.
